The applicants must send (1) the completed application form, (2) a short curriculum vitae, and (3) an unedited DAT, CD, or MD recording of the compulsory preselection pieces, which have been recorded specifically for this purpose, to the following address and (4) pay an application fee of 100 EUR to the bank account given in the application form no later than 31.5.2002. (The applicant must pay all the expenses of the money transfer.) After approximately three weeks from this date the applicants will be informed of the results of the preselection round. The application fee and the recording will be returned to those not accepted to the competition. (The expense of 10 EUR will be deducted from the application fee.)

Participation in the recitals, lectures and demonstrations arranged during the organ competition, 25.-30.11.2002, will be free for all competitors, including those not accepted to the finals. The programme of the organ week will be published in the autumn of 2002.
