result.
The winner of the competition will be chosen from those in the final round taking into account the results of both the first and the second round. The works performed in the first round and the final round are to be announced by the competitor to the organizers 48 hours before the actual performance. The first round and the final round are public events. All competitors receiving a prize are under obligation to perform in the final concert on 24 April 2009.
